Our Vision

We believe in the power of sports to transform lives. From the first time a girl picks up a ball to the moment she steps into a leadership role, sports cultivate resilience, confidence, and a spirit of teamwork.

We envision a future where every girl and woman in sports is seen, celebrated, and supported—and where their stories, achievements, and impact are preserved for generations to come.

Women Sports USA® is here to inspire the next generation to Play. Compete. Lead. Succeed.—on and off the field.
